Floral Designer

Sisters is looking for a friendly, creative, and dependable individual to join our work family as a part-time floral designer. This individual will work alongside our other talented designers to create beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions. Other duties will include processing plants and flowers, washing buckets, ordering flowers and supplies, and setting up events. You will also be required to assist customers and perform retail duties. You may occasionally be asked to perform deliveries in the company vehicle. Other duties may be required that are not currently listed. Floral design experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to pass a drug test and submit to a criminal background check.

Delivery Driver

Sisters is looking for a friendly and dependable individual to join our work family as a part-time delivery driver. Since much of our business is done via phone or our website, often times the only Sisters team member that a customer meets in person is our delivery driver. This individual must be a people person, a good communicator, and detail-oriented. Must have availability Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and some Saturdays. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. Main responsibilities include making flower deliveries in the company vehicle, phone and face-to-face communication with customers, processing flowers & plants, washing buckets, and keeping up with back of store duties. This person may also be asked to take customer orders and help out with front of store duties. Other duties may be required that are not currently listed. 

Retail Associate

Sisters is interviewing candidates for a part-time retail associate position. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers in store and on the phone, taking floral orders, operating the cash register, keeping the store customer-ready, and putting out new merchandise. You may be asked to do fun stuff like model new arrivals for social media and our website. You may occasionally be asked to perform deliveries in the company vehicle. Other duties may be required that are not currently listed. Candidate must be friendly, dependable, and a self-starter. Must also be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. Must have Saturday availability.
